A: You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Please email deerorajewellery@gmail.com, and our customer service team will provide a solution within 2-3 business days. Note: International return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Q3: Will the jewelry lose its shine? How to maintain it?
A: All our pieces are plated with 18K gold/platinum, with a plating thickness three times the industry standard for durability. To maintain shine, avoid contact with water, cosmetics, hair products, and other chemicals. Gently wipe with a soft cloth regularly.

Sizing Questions

Q4: How do I adjust the size of rings, necklaces, and bracelets?
A: All our rings feature open-style designs for easy size adjustment. Necklaces and bracelets are equipped with adjustable clasps to customize the length as needed.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Q5: Can I cancel my order or change the shipping address?

We will assist where possible, subject to inventory and order status. Deerora reserves the right to cancel orders due to system errors, unauthorized discount usage, or payment issues.
